Pioneer Ward colleagues celebrate green NAAS

Colleagues on Rochdale’s Pioneer Ward are over the moon to have been rated green in a recent NAAS inspection.

To celebrate the achievement, they hosted a small party on the ward with green balloons, tea, and a special green themed cake, as a reward for the hard-working colleagues.

Kelly McDaid, Quality Matron for Planned Care, said: “Well done to all the team who worked so hard to achieve 12 out of 13 green.”

NAAS is the Trust’s Nursing Assessment and Accreditation System that ensures high quality nursing care is delivered by nursing teams and departments.
