The innovative work to join up care across Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale will be showcased in Belgium next week.
Dr Kirsty Marshall (pictured) Research Fellow, Centre for Clincal Care Research; Andrew Hulcoop, Head of Strategy; Sandra Croasdale, Interim Director of Integration and Transformation, NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care; Dr Shona McCallum, Medical Director; Dr Salman Shahid, Clinical Lead and Foundation Doctors Supervisor North West Deanery; and Alison Kelly, Director of Nursing, are presenting at the ICIC23 International Conference on Integrated Care on 22 to 24 May.

Colleagues from Rochdale Care Organisation, Greater Manchester Integrated Care, Rochdale Borough Council, Pennine Care, primary care, and Action Together are attending, so they can network and bring learning from international organisations back to Rochdale.
