Thirty NCA staff members, along with a number of wards and services, leant their voices and faces to our new film – We are the NCA Family – which launched today.
The film was unveiled as part of the NCA’s activities to mark the establishment of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust on October 1st 2021.
Thank you to Hera, Lok, Ged, Mike and Jo and numerous other colleagues who helped bring to life the story of who we are, what we do and some of our exciting plans for the future.
One of its stars Mohammed Tariq, Senior Clinical Coder and Rochdale Care Organisation BAME Staff Network Chair, said: “I was only too excited to be part of this film – it was certainly a different experience for me! I am a proud member of the NCA Family and recognise that the organisation is at the start of an exciting new era. Hopefully people will get a real sense of this from the film.”
Julianah ’Bunmi Oluwasakin, Practice Education Facilitator based at Salford Care Organisation, also joined the ‘cast’, She added: “I am so proud to work the NCA, I love my job and I will always stick my hand up to get involved in promoting how great of a place this is.”
