BBC1 Panorama programme - Maternity

23 February 2022

If you have been affected by any of the issues and events described in the recent BBC1 Panorama programme which was broadcast on 23 February 2022 and would like information or to speak to someone about your care experience, please contact the Maternity team at The Royal Oldham Hospital (part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust) using the online form below.

Whilst the documentary focused particularly on maternity services provided by Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Hospital Trust (SaTH), and the issues raised by Donna Ockenden’s review and interim report, our team would be happy to speak with you and offer information and support about the care provided by our Trust.

A member of our maternity team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and the support we can provide you. Your enquiry and personal details will remain confidential and only be managed by a clinical team.

Alternatively, if you have suffered the loss of a baby and would like support away from the maternity service then you can contact Sands on 0808 1643332 or visit their website at https://www.sands.org.uk/

If you are currently pregnant and have concerns about your care, you can also use the form below or speak to your named midwife.

For any immediate concerns about you, your pregnancy or your baby please contact the Maternity Triage Team on 0161 627 8179
