The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust has published the findings of its Spinal Patient Safety Look Back Review.
The Look Back Review related to a Consultant Spinal Surgeon who worked at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust – now part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust – up until January 2015.

Information for patients
During the review we contacted patients where concerns were found or there was a need for further investigation. There will be some patients whose care has been reviewed, but not contacted, because there were no concerns or need for further assessment.
This surgeon has not worked at the Trust since 2015.
