The Royal Oldham Hospital has partnered with local football club Oldham Athletic to launch its away strip for the 2023/24 season.
The hospital has enjoyed a long and fruitful relationship with the club with players visiting the children’s ward each Christmas to hand out gifts and presents.
Leah Robins, Chief Operating Officer at Oldham Care Organisation was delighted to see the club and hospital work together as part of the NHS’ birthday celebrations.
“With Oldham Athletic being neighbours to The Royal Oldham Hospital, we have a long-standing history with the club and were delighted when they asked us to be part of the reveal for their new kits to mark our 75th anniversary celebrations of the NHS.
“We have a loyal and dedicated community of fans amongst our colleagues, and those that were part of the shoot announcing the kit were honored to be given the opportunity to wear the shirt for the first time for the public to see.
