Share your feedback to help shape our services

9 December 2022

If you are visiting one of our hospitals from Monday 12 December, you may be approached by a member of our Patient Experience and Volunteer Team who will be speaking to various patients, family members and friends as part of the NCA’s new Observe, Listen and Act service.

Its purpose is to look at your total experience, a way to assess our services and provisions from your point of view, learn from it, share good practice and, where necessary, act to make improvements based on your feedback.

Observe, Listen and Act is not an inspection; it’s a way to identify supportive issues around a service that may seem small but could make a difference to your overall experience.

So, if you are approached by our team at Salford Royal, The Royal Oldham Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary or Fairfield General, please go and share your story, you may be able to help improve our services and help shape someone else’s future experience with the NCA.
