What it looks like:

Normal diet

Includes high risk foods such as dry biscuits, seeds and nuts, crunchy, hard and stringy foods.

Custard thick fluids (Stage 2)/ thin puree diet

Fluids: 4 scoops per 200mls fluid. Too thick to be drunk through a straw but can still be tipped from a cup. Similar to pourable custard.

Diet: Smooth liquids with no bits/lumps
