- Oldham Ability Counts Football Club are a disability specific football club based in Oldham
- Age: From 5 to 16+ years old
- Training sessions for under 16s (7-16 yrs old) every Monday evenings 4pm-5pm
- Training sessions for 16+ (16-40 yrs old) - 5pm-6pm
- Weekly sessions for players, boys, and girls, at Hathershaw Academy
- £2 per session (first 3 sessions are free)

- Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) is a full contact version of the game adapted for participants with a physical disability who want to access a running version of Rugby League
- 1-hour sessions between 19:00 and 20:00 every Tuesday from 15/11/2022 till 26/12/2023
- Training sessions for young people aged 14+, both male and female, open to all abilities. No experience necessary

- Fully inclusive and can be tailored to meet the needs of people with a wide range of disabilities, sensory impairments, and long- term health conditions.

- These sessions allow everyone to enjoy the experience of cycling in the way most appropriate to them, using a variety of bicycles, tricycles, tandems, handcycles, and specially adapted bikes for carrying wheelchairs and passengers.
- Sessions offer physical health benefits and psychological and emotional benefits, providing a sense of achievement and a way for everyone to participate in a popular activity enjoyed by so many adults and children, and to have fun while doing so.
- Sessions must be pre booked on the website.

- It’s about meeting new friends, creating memories, learning new skills and of course, having lots of fun along the way
- Activities that usually take place at Escape are art &crafts, swimming, gym, stimulation and relaxation, cookery skills and developing relationships with the local community
