Operational & Knowledge Management
Karen leads on the operational management of the library at Salford Royal and is the Athens Administrator for the NCA.
Karen works Tuesday to Friday and is based in Salford.
Outreach & Evidence
Ramona leads on the evidence searching and training services for the library across the NCA.
Ramona works Monday to Friday and is based in Salford.
Beckie conducts expert evidence searches and provides tailored literature search training.
Beckie works Monday to Wednesday and is based at Fairfield.
As well as conducting searches and delivering training, Amanda also maintains our e-book and e-journal collections.
Amanda works Monday to Friday, based in Salford and Oldham.
As well as supporting our library users, Gary provides e-learning support for the NCA.
Gary works Monday to Friday and is based at Fairfield.
Jill provides reception and helpdesk services to the department.
Jill works Monday to Friday and is based at Salford.
Joanne assists users at our Salford site.
Jo works Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Salford site.
Lorraine supports our users with a variety of queries, including accessing physical and electronic resources and using IT packages.
