Great to hear the passion of Associate Director of Digital Operations Martin Lindsay when he spoke about his feelings on the future of the NCA.
Martin joined Chief Digital and Information Officer Lorna Allan and Chief of People Nicky Clarke on an Evolution NHS podcast this week to discuss a mix of topics including leadership and digitisation.
He likened the NCA journey to that of Manchester United (upon Sir Alex Ferguson taking over the club in 1986) and described the organisation as being on the cusp of some great things that he was proud to be part of. Not a bad feeling for someone who has just notched up 25 years in the NHS!
