Home in a Day
The Home in a Day Service is for patients who live in Heywood, Middleton or Rochdale and require a functional assessment to return home from hospital. The team are able to provide transport to discharge the patient, social care and equipment.
IMC Therapy
The Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, and Therapy assistants are based at Tudor Court and Wolstenholme Intermediate care facility. The therapists provide assessments and treatment to assist the patient to regain their independence and a safe discharge from the hospital.

The therapists will assess the patient to look at how they previously managed and what steps need to be taken to allow the patient to be as independent as possible.
